Shipping methods and times

All our orders are shipped via UPS Express, a fast and secure service that guarantees delivery in the shortest possible time.

The estimated delivery time is 24 to 72 hours, depending on the destination area.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Thursday to avoid animals being held in warehouses over the weekend.

Packaging and shipping conditions

The mantises are shipped in secure and suitable containers, designed to maintain optimal temperature and conditions during transport.

We use insulating and protective materials to ensure the animals arrive in perfect condition.

Shipping Responsibility

We are responsible for shipping at all times.
